AI services are generally non-refundable once the service execution has started due to the computational costs and the instant nature of the results. However, we offer refunds in the following cases:

• Technical failure preventing service execution within 24 hours
• Service output significantly different from description
• Duplicate order made by mistake
• Payment charged but service not accessible in account

• Refund request window: Within 7 days of order
• Processing time: 5-7 business days after approval
• Refund method: Original payment method
